This vintage 1950s prom dress is strapless and made of two layers of netted tulle over a red taffeta base - the top layer of tulle has sparkly starburst shapes woven into it
A gathered band of the silk chiffon is wrapped around the top of the hips and a long tie extends down all the way to the hem from where that attached sash meets at the side
